Bull sale season is here. Went to my first one of the year.

Went to Ellingson Angus bull sale yesterday just to watch and learn. Boy was their a big crowd of people there. Chad and Julie sure do a nice job year round! They sold around 120 bulls, and near as I could tell, they averaged around $7400! Commercial cowboys were really stepping up and buying the bulls they wanted. It was fun to watch. Sure am glad for The Ellingson family.

Sounds like they had a dynamite sale. I see by the supplement sheet they don't provide any backfat measurements on their bulls. seems crazy to take these measurements and then not show them to your customers.
