Bush confused or doesn't know the difference? On May 1, 2003 from the deck of the USS Abraham Lincoln, Bush announced the official end of combat operations in Iraq. On August 3, 2005 he states "we are at war with an enemy........" Little man with big head just keeps spending future generations into debt. What next???
