Here is the pure gold calf and his horned mamma. The jury is still out on his manhood so let the comments fly. He won't get nutted till weaning. He was born sunday.

This is my boss cow. Nick the butler grand daughter and a heifer out of my horned bull. Not sure I like the calf. She is less than a day old though.

No hurry. Just didn't have anything to do between checks and sat and pondered the calves future. No decisions are made till weaning.

BTW... they are better than part hereford. They are HORNED hereford.

Nice calves,happens I think the nicest looking cattle are herefords,so don't go by what I think :wink: I'm partial :!:

Like the cow and the calf.---cow is nice and straight and as far as I can see has a great udder.Calf has a little more white than I like but looks great.
Be sure and show us pictures at weaning time-----before you do somethig rash.I'm sure all your ranchers net friends will give you the best of advice. Watch out for jinglebob though,
