Hi i have 2 bottle Holstein bull calves, that are 5 and 7 days old, they drink their 3 pints of milk down, act hungry, run around, play just fine. They aren't scowering, they just randomly grind their teeth.. Should I be concerned?

Teeth grinding can be a sign of pain--but I doubt it in this case.

Seems like the worst thing to do with bottle calves is overfeed them or make the mix too rich. If they're still hungry, maybe let them fill up on warm water

Make sure you are feeding them *whole milk* milk replacer. Some replacer is not made of milk. Read the label. You can also get milk replacer with Bio-Moss to help control scours. Just a good insurance policy.

I agree with littlejoe, can be a sign of pain but doubtful in this case.

Can also be sign of brain damage, but also doesn't sound like it in this case.
