A rumor is going around that china hasd imported hay from Canada this year the rumor went as far that americab had rented farms in Canada to put up for hay only and import American hay to be exported to canada then on to china,
The rumor went as far that the hay was so expensive china was not using it for livestock feed, Sounds like a hay price fixing tail to me,

It's true. Except that you left out the part about British Columbia green being slipped in to the middle of the bales before we export it.
