   I suspect that at least part of the multi-million dollar expansion and upgrade projects, done by both Cargill and Tyson in Alberta over the last year and a half, included construction of additional on- site lab facilities to accomodate 100% BSE testing. If this is so, it will take very little time to go to 100% testing if R-Calf is successful. :)  :)
