Burger King Canada promotes homegrown Whopper

Burger King Canada has figured out how to make the best of a difficult situation.
Two years after the discovery of bovine spongiform encephalopathy banned beef exports to the United States from Canada, Burger King Canada has introduced a series of television commercials promoting a special "100 percent Canadian beef" version of the Whopper.
Starring in the commercials is a parody of a U.S. border guard. The ads show the guard chasing Americans who are attempting to smuggle Canadian hamburgers south. "We get 'em coming back from Canada, looking all innocent, but I can spot them," says the guard in a thick Texas accent. The guard opens a car trunk to find an enormous stash of Burger King bags.
