Today it was my turn to cater lunch....
This is my equipment
The luncheon crowd has been known to get a little rowdy, so I bring a couple of bouncers along...
The crowd actually gets treated quite well, here is my view of the main course...
And since the equipment has an aversion to strings, I get a better view when I go out to deal with them
The crowd is also served dessert...
I have a handy dandy camera, which helps me back up to the dessert line up, and also helps me know what is coming out of the machine.
Since my wait staff wasn't around to help out today (open gates) I had to do it all. Loaded and ready to serve
The crowd was a little impatient today, but in the end was fairly well behaved and I didn't have to call on the bouncers..
The main course is served, and it looks pretty yummy, even to me... A little grass, a little alfalfa..
A closeup of the crowd, mostly they're here because of their age.... A few old Chaperones and a bunch of younger ladies. And of course the boys are there as well...And someone has to ride herd on THAT!
A close up of the meal options....... which do you prefer...
Main Course(Grass/Alfalfa)
Dessert (Spring Wheat)
As it turns out, it appears that the majority of the crowd prefers to eat the main course before dessert..But there's a few that seem to prefer dessert it the other way around.
Once I got done serving luncheon, I had to go move a buffet table (round bale feeder) to another pen, a few of the peanut gallery were wondering if I was going to give them a second one...
