Oh my, I forgot about chickens and geese. They use to use geese in the panhandle of Texas to weed cotton fields. In webfoots area, back in the day, they had rattlesnake farmers that milked the snakes. The venom market must have gone south because no one ever talks about Burnt River reptile dairying anymore.
