In the local paper they have a 25,50,75Years ago section. 50 years ago storm drop 14-24 inches then a week of -30n to 40 then Christmas it started raining and there was floods and only a inch of snow after 2 day of a 2 inch rain.... guess over a 1 inch of that rain came in one hour
