Nice pictures, Jassy. I envy you getting to fly whenever the urge strikes. It always gives a new perspective to see the country from high above. Looks like your hay pile is holding out in good shape. Thanks for posting.

The pantry here is bare...has been for sometime now. But thank goodness the grass is comin on fast now. Ever time I go check cows...they are all out there with their heads down munchin away, except for nap time LOL

Nifty pics from way up high Jassy. Looks like your gettin that green you been wishin for now. I'd love to fly over our country to see what it looks like. It's a whole lot different I'm sure flyin in a small plane, than it is in a Commercial Airline plane. Those ya can't really tell what your lookin at.....mostly trees here. LOL I've been offered several times to get to go up in a small plane...several relatives have their own planes...but I just can't bring myself to do it.....not a real big fan of gettin my feet off the ground that far.

Ya Know Soapweed...we wish we could fly more often, but the weather around here is the dictator on that.

Lilly you should really try it once...You would be amazed how smooth a little plane can be...and the view would be awesome! Oh heck come on up...hubby luvs to fly "newbies" around..lol

CC...my hubby is the pilot...I'm the areophotographer..lol ONly problem with his flights..he don't serve peanuts or a drink...lol

Oh yeah sureeeeee Jassy, Wasn't it just the other night we were talkin about how Hubby's lovin to skeer the bejiggers outta us? LOL takin "newbies" up....oh yeah....he'd love that!!!! hahaha I'd hafta have my peanuts and drink served on the ground just to get me to go up in one of them small ones LOL And even then it prolly wouldnt work.

My neighbor has a small two seater-you sit behind the pilot-he takes me up a couple times a year. It's interesting to take pics of the country from up above. Last time Ty and him went up I think they saw close to 30 moose. It would be cool to take pics of a branding from up above-hint,hint.

Another great set of photos Jassy! I really enjoyed the pictures that showed the topography. Heck, they are all good. Keep sending them our way.

I told hubby tonite that we need to fly over a branding and how cool that would be to see...so hopefully it'll work out this year and we can do that...

Northern...the guy that leases the ranch from Bobby has his branding usually the same day we do!!!..wouldn't ya know it.lol

From some statistics I saw yesterday on the number of horse riding accidents you'd probably be safer in a plane mile for mile.

The Gordon Creek is fascinating- wonder why it tangles itself up like that when there's all that open land. Neat pictures.

I wonder how bad I'd get killed if I had 'em stop construction on the new house and go buy an airplane instead?

Great pictures Jassy

You've got some good country for sure

Is that a slide stacker in the puddles on the meadow picture I"m guessing its retired going by the pantry picture of the yarded bales. To bad tho I'm sure you had your reasons . I'm pretty partial to stacked hay myself.

Not many haystacks around anymore. The big round balers and four wheelers put alot of cowboys out of a job in this part of the country.

Thanks for these and all the pictures you post

Yes unfortunatly the ole slide stacker is retired, but not after a long time of good use..We really hated to give up stacking but it was getting so hard to get a good hay crew, we had kids, but with their summer schedules and sports camps, then school starting early, we just couldn't do it anymore. It sure was a sad day when the last stack was put up.

Oh Cal...I could almost gaurentee ya, that buying a plane instead of finishin the house would be a death wish...lol

Glad ya'll enjoyed the view from above.
