computer illiterate ranchwife needs help with pix

good morning!! I have pix on my digital camera that i have saved on my computer (with the help of my "future doctor/daughter/nba player") under my documents and cannot figure out how to get them posted for you all to see!!! Remember that I am verrrrrry new at this so.....talk me throught this slooooooowwwwwwllllllyyyyy!!! :wink:
