Nice job with the MCOOL, guys; it's now virtually impossible to market Canadian born, US raised hogs around here. This last batch of Canadian pigs has been the healthiest we've ever raised, but are gonna cost us big time.

I just have to tell myself that it's for my own good. I'm sure the consumer would much rather have some of the integrater's US born hogs, even with the uncountable injections that they have had to go thru' with the newest, latest turn of PRRS going thru' their system. I'm sure glad the RCALF folks have assured me that this is what the consumer wants, otherwise I would be tempted to think that we're pulling a fast one on them. Silly me, I would have guessed that the consumer would rather have known the actual history and quality of the product.

Maybe if you'd advertise that a little more-- the consumers will quit eating pig meat and that dirty nasty poultry and go back to good old beef- eh :???: Much healthier for them anyway...

If they could get a word in edgewise past the R-Calf press releases about all the faulty inspections and such at the beef plants ................ :???:

busboy, the Canadian government is collecting data on the harm done by this, and have the WTO challenge ready to launch at any time. Maybe you and some of your fellow producers who have been hurt by this should drop them a line? We've been finding lately that they are more and more in the mood to listen.

They're all right here..

I just can't figure out why Americans would want our wolves but won't take our cattle to feed them with.

Most of us don't want either..
