Thank you everyone, for your birthday wishes. I'm finding out I'm not all that much of a die-hard rodeo fan. Man, I got HOT today at the Pendleton Roundup!!! :shock:

The best part was meeting up with our long-time friends from SW Montana and with Nicky and Mike and some friends of theirs; and PPRM and his lovely bride!

Well I guess I should be paying more attention to things. Happy belated birthday FH!
I was thinking of you guys yesterday in this heat we are having up here. Mr FH would have been as unhappy as I was! Broke 30 degrees, not sure what that is in F, but too dang hot for me.

Well, I am telling you what........we dang near melted here in Pendleton. We stay away from heat like this!!! 95, 97 degrees every day and not a lot cooler one night so far!! We managed to live through it and are headed out to cooler climates in Washington state tomorrow. Of course, Pendleton is to cool down by Sunday. This heat was brutal!!! We watched the parade this morning and the water was just running down Mr. FH back!

I have some pictures of the Roundup, if I can get them from my camera to photobucket to post here. Might take a day or so.
