Oh no, they'll try him as a citizen of the US, not a Combatant Terrorist. 
Rand Paul said today (this is not a quote) that they got one of the heads of the Benghazi tragedy and instead of going through the procedure under Combatant Terrorist, Trump is bringing him here--doing the same thing Obama did with these terrorists. What is wrong with these 2 Presidents that they wouldn't place them under Combatant Terrorist and deal with them that way? I was disappointed in Trump. Rand Paul said this on Fox News so I think he is telling the truth.
