Well, TimH, I didn't do to well in school, but I didn't see quadruplets. I counted 9 heads there. And the last one must have a touch of pink eye cuz the one's swelled shut and sore lookin'.

First thing this morning, I tended to a graft calf in the barn while Peach Blossom drove out through the heavy cows. She said she had a notion to drive fast up to the barn, and holler "Prolapse" but she just couldn't bring herself to do such a mean April Fool joke. I'm very glad she reconsidered. :wink:

Sorry, but I had to pull at least one little April Fools trick. My sons are all teenagers now, and after so many years it is nearly impossible to "get" them anymore.
My wife has been anxiously waiting(obsessing) for her mare to foal. Due on the 6th(I think). I was going to wake her up at 4:30 AM yesterday ,when I came in from checking cows, and tell her that she had a new colt........but then I decided not to. It was probably the right decision. :wink:
