Guess Kola was the closest as it was yesterday. After carful study,I've decided that she had him about 9:09 pm.

No real clear winner, but all good guess. 'Cept those cynical few who thought she'd do it with her back down hill and all thaqt crap. comeon people, I'm runnin' GOOD cows here. None would do that.

The real surprize was a 17 year old longhorn cow who was terrible skinny this winter and even last fall. Guess now I know why she was skinny! :shock: She's got a little cutie suckin' her. Guess we are officially done now.

Anybody gonna want a cute little bucket calf, in a week or so when the colosterum is all gone? :?

you didnt say what you were wearing or if you had to go to town. as far as the leather will gladly send it to you on the hoof. prices here lately i might still come out ahead .would like to learn more about that cable rigging you mentioned. dont see those down here.but i agree ther is no sense in some of these 45 or50lb saddles .down here i like what we call a cracker horse, 800 orso lbs they seem to do better in the heat.also we spend so mutch time in the woods with a short horse you dont spend as much time going back after your hat,or your head
