Guys in suits who open a set of gates crossed a road allowance and don't shut them are dumb. When the same guy shows up and turns around 230 yearling heifers that we were five minutes away from being done moving he's dumber. The only smart thing he did was shut his mouth and get back in his truck before he experienced a very short but painful learning curve. The heifers on the other hand gathered and moved nice out a big hilly field-taught them to cross water and went through all the gates at a walk and started grazing right away when the move was done. We moved the brood mare bunch on the way back so the day ended on a good note.
