I noticed three of my cows suddenly stopped being able to move their tails, they just hang limp. This has happened over the last six months. They seem to gradually regain some use of them after several months, but they don't look like they did before at the tail head. Any ideas about what could be causing this? Thanks for any help.

I think Haymaker has a similar condition but i don't think the Blue pills work on cows.

Sorry i couldn't be more help. :(

If that don't bring the old so 'n so out of hiding, nothing will!

Somehow those cows have broken their tails near the tailhead.

We've had it happen a few times if the bull your breeding them to is quite a bit bigger than the cows. Normally they will be a bit paralyzed in their hind legs for a while as well. I don't know if your's were exposed to a big bull, but if they were, that might be what has happened.
