Curious about political ads...

Does everone all over the country or the world get the same political ads popping up on the heading when you go to "Bull Session" or are they targeted to the zip code where you live ?
Does everyone see the Dewhurst VS Cruz ads from Texas ? Just curious out of ignorance.

I get some ugly lookin peckerwood advertising for Allstate that looks like he on the peck, always bad eyeing me when I sign on, damn thing looks like he is lookin fer troble.
