Also at a lot of high end service stations, real cream is impossible to find to put in your coffee. There are all kinds of non-dairy creamers or that powdered crap. I asked an attendant where the real cream was and he said " Whats that?" and I told him it came from cows and he returned a blank look.
You guys really need to support your dairy farmers better.

While I am not a dairy farmer, I sure wish we (us) would support alot of things. It has come down to convenience. Why would the resurant manager serve real cream that goes bad when they can serve powdered coffemate that stays good along time.
You may have just found a niche market for a resterant here.
We need to ask for these direct ag products even if we don't get them. A continual reminder to them couldn't hurt.
And compliment the good beef when we get it.
Butter, that stuffs bad for you. We have to watch out for transfat and all those other things.
Fact is people are lazy, they do nothing all day and blame alot of it on butter, real creame, to much red meat, ect, ect.
If they had to work all day then they would be heathier and could still eat what we raise, instead of importing, and coming up with a synthetic substitut.
Sorry just read that and had to vent.
