Well November may be starting out warm across the Plains, but we are watching a storm system around the 8-10th that could bring a change to the weather pattern across the Northern Plains, we could be dealing with rain, some snow at higher elevations and then a strong surge of northerly winds to bring in some cooler temps, possibly the coolest of the fall season thus far.
