a friend of mine came up with this one today.......

(to the tune of folsom prison blues) I hear that storm a comin its rollin across the plains n i ain't seen the green grass in about 200 days im stuck in north Dakota n time keeps dragging on but that storm keeps a blowing all week long when i was just a baby my mama told me son move to California and play in the sun but i stayed in north Dakota to see the big blue sky i hear that storm a blowin i hang my head and cry i bet there's a lotta folks a sittin in the warm sunshine they're probably drinking ice tea and working on their tans well i know i have it comin i know i can't be free but those people ain't all frozen and thats what tortures me if they freed me from this tundra if the sunny beach was mine i bet id be splashing all the time far from north Dakota that's where id want to stay and the warm bright sunshine would melt my blues away

.........ya..pretty nasty along the banks of the Sheyenne......and we are not in the worst of it...

We'll to be honest I think I have heard my singing / playing referred to with the word BLAT.
Apparently my spelling is as bad as my playing :lol:
