Do not know the answer to this one.  Other than this tidbit of info in the paper, this is the first of any info since about the 5th of August.  DCI was to be involved, and in my opinion, that would be a good thing, but we won't hear anything from them but through an indictment.  My understanding is that an indictment can always be amended, just as another arrest warrant can be made out for a new perpetrator.
