Oregon has broke the record for the worse fire season. Now over 2 million acres. The Big Grass fire is at 336,779 acres with very little contained. Crosswhite fire is 313,439 acres. Coleman Creek is at 264,840 acres. Huge fires which have burned a lot of grass and brush some trees too. Our Fox met up with the Powder River fire making over 100,000 acres. Lots of pasture of several friends of mine. But also 3 homes. The Bench fire is 67,278 acres over on the Warm Springs Reservation also burned 6 homes. The Kaiser Canyon on the Colville Reservation is at 136,422 acres and 24 homes. There are three much smaller but much more destructive fires in and around Spokane. The Old Lane, Fairview, and Autumn Lane fires have burned around 8,000 acres total. However they have burned over 7,000 structures. The fires ran through some neighborhoods at night. There is still the question of possible fatalities.

I think I read an article title that said a couple of homes were burned.

Are you guys from that area?
Guessing where the homes burned I am about 25-30 miles away. The closet the fire got to here is about 8 miles. But it is on the other side of the freeway. Tough to tell with the scale of the map. The road runs right along the river. Did they stop it at the road or did it go to the river. There are some scattered places between the road and the river. That is the ones I am guessing burned.
