Don't EVER ......

I put out 36 strait necked yellow squash between the corn rows. I've got squash to let. Had some apple crisp (or so I thought) after lunch today. Come to find out it was squash in disguise. Couldn't tell the difference though.

I didn't even know it was squash. Tastes the same to me. I've had way more than my share of squash. I'm turning a pale yellow color and getting kind of warty. The good news is that okra is just a few days away....mmmm...MMMM.
 
Have your wife or you, Make the pie filling and freeze it..... Great in the winter when you are starting to lose that yellow shade...LOL You can keep your okra........ Nasty stuff........ I'm canning pickles today....
