DTN on R-Calf

Tam
Oldtimer, you are showing just how desperate you really are. Telling people I hate my native country to recruit R-CALF members, how pathetic.

Tam- that was not what I told people--I only told them who you are, after they asked...That was what these folks thought after finding out you were a former American...Apparently that is the way they were interpretting your posts...Others were mentioned- but you took center stage to them for those who are spouting against the Evil American cattleman and the Evil US- but still are whining and crying about wanting to be part of OUR industry--And then have the gall on top of that to turn around and tell us how to run and change OUR US industry.....

And Tam I'm not desperate or worried-- my main goal since my split with NCBA has been to see M-COOL implemented so that consumers were not still being DEFRAUDED- and now that ball has grown so big and is rolling so fast that I am confident it will happen....It might take closing the Canadian border again to get USDA and our Administration to do their job- but it will happen....

Keep telling yourself Oldtimer

Are you telling us that as long as the US consumers know where their beef comes from it doesn't matter to you whether that beef is safe or not?

Do those Lawyers and Bankers you annoy while they are out with their wifes know that your main goal is to sell them US beef that could very well be affected by BSE because you don't care enough about the US firewalls to do something about them? Just label it and let'er rip right Oldtimer.

You just can't keep your nose out of telling us how we should live down here, can you :???:

Accusations and Opinions again Sandhusker. ASK LEO or are you scared you might find out that some Canadians know more about what is going on with R-CALF than you do.

We'll worry about the US consumer- we in the US will take care of them...If you don't like what we have-- don't take it...Thats what we are going to do.....

Just like you and some of your buddies trying to tell us how we have to run OUR industry and OUR country is one of the main reasons we are seeing such a growing opposition to these free trade agreements and the giving of OUR sovereignty to every two bit country in the world...

You're doing a fine job there Tam

How Oldtimer your think your problems will disappear when you put that magic label on.

As far as just say NO THANK YOU

Oldtimer Your Government is trying to open your lucrative Asian beef export markets on the fact that Beef coming from a country affected by BSE (IE THE US) can be trade and CONSUMED safely if the right protocols are followed RIGHT
JUST How long do you think it would take for your Congressmen to swing their trade sanction guns on Canada, if we were threatening your ability to reopen those lucrative market by refusing to take your beef?

You tell Canadians if we don't like your beef don't take it but your governments ability to negotiate trade deals for your beef hinge on Canada taking your beef. So do you really think we can just say no thanks we don't want it.

BTW Would any of your US consumers be eating your beef if one of your largest trading partners was refusing to take it due to the risk it might represents and other countries followed suit and refused to imported it.

You better start worrying about ALL YOUR CONSUMERS NOT JUST THOSE WITHIN YOUR BORDERS!!!!!!

Oldtimer your SOVEREIGNTY was sold out to any country that could provide the US with the things you could not provide for yourself a LONG TIME AGO.

Thank you Tam--You'll knock ol SH out of the saddle in no time at all

So OT are you saying that everything in her last post was wrong and that our consumers are faithfull? I hope you have the faith in these beef buyers but my guess is they could be a wee bit fickle!!

Yep, and Cowsense is another Canadian who would rather flab their lips and babble on about a foreign trade organization instead of working to address the problems at home.

Really Sadhusker; Unlike yourself I have been personally involved in cattle organizations for close to 20 years! Involved means more than a membership, it means active participation and attendance at meetings as well as sitting at the directors table! And yes I will continue to criticize r-calf at every chance because of their continual policy of deliberate attack in every way possible on the Canadian industry. Any organization like r-calf that constantly relies on innuendo, half-truths and outright lies for survival is doomed right from the start anyways and cannot last long in an industry that is based on integrity and trust!

Now cowsense, go easy on Sadhusker. Don't forget that unlike us ranchers, HE HAS A JOB!

Many up here will vouch for cowsense and his comittment to the beef industry through an incredible amount of unpaid time and work.

Crap comments like that from part timers or wanna-bes like Sadhusker are just that.

Better watch it there cowsense, Oldtimer will be using your name to sell R-CALF memberships. He went from SH to me, if you dare say anymore about R-CALF, your next then Bill and skcatlman over on CattleToday Before you know it he'll have enough to replace those that left the board and half the committees, not all that left though he'll have to go after S.S.A.P. and a few other to get that many back on board Good ship R-CALF .

Hahaha! Old Timer are you still trying that ol' "recruiter" bullsh*t and thinking anyone buys it?

Anyone that contacts you is already brainwashed towards R-CULT or they wouldn't be contacting you. It's not like you have ever offered anything relevant to back your opionion besides what you want to believe.

If 3 readers from this site contacted you it was because they too were looking for a support group.

R-CALF is coming apart at the seams because not everyone can lie and not let it bother them. In the end, the die hard liars and their blind supporters will be the only ones left while the rest of the industry keeps moving forward.

Show me a person who contacted you for support after reading Tam's posts and I'll show you 5 that can see her point clearly. You think your "R-CULT recruiter" bullsh*t is going to deter me or Tam from exposing your lying organization for what they are? Get real!

I haven't found anyone that can defend R-CULT's views with supporting facts yet. They get mad and steam off because they can't support what they want to believe and neither can you. You need to spend more time with Lynn Cornwell who has a lot better grasp on this industry then you'll ever have sippin whiskey in the local pub with your fellow blamers.
