I agree with Gcreek, ravens and crows tend to be far more of a problem at least in these parts. In my experience there is very little noble about an eagle other than it's appearance. Carrion is generally the big part of the menu in these parts, although I imagine the do catch some small unsuspecting animals from time to time. During calving season we will often have several bald and golden eagles lurking around like buzzard waiting for a carcass.

I feel for your frustrations if the eagles are in fact causing your problems.
