The local weatherman just said that on days like today the bald guys have an advantage-- they don't have to worry about their hair getting mussed...

Winds cranking about 50-60 mph out of the east- but the temp is still 45 and so far the rain is north and west of us.....

Liar McGuire is saying this storm system coming in will be almost as bad as 1955 when this area had 42" of snow...we have some neighbors who've talked about that storm.

My desktop weather won't let me highlight and copy, but it basically says this:

Snow advisory remains in effect from 6 AM Wed March 28 to 6 PM Thursday, March 29

Rain and snow showers will turn to all snow by Wednesday morning. The snow will continue through Thursday afternoon. Total accumulations of 2 to 4 inches expected.

Far throw from Liar McGuire. Guess we'll see what really happens.

It's raining here. Temp is around the high 40's. I'm glad we are getting rain instead of snow. The last week of March is prone to that white stuff. We are just glad that it isn't cold enough to freeze and make little drifts here and there.

Catch ya later,
MN Farm Girl

We had a thunder storm south of us last night-- really put on a light show with the lightning and thunder...I watched until near midnite then fell asleep...No real moisture yet- except sprinkles- 42 degrees this morning but that wind is still howling....

There forecasting for a possibility of 30 in. of snow and wind gusts up to 55 mph. for the next three days. Calvings just getting started.
