Early Fall????

Went through town today and I saw the leaves on several cottenwood trees starting to turn yellow. I thought it was a fluke, but starting noticing there were several other stands outside of town showing yellow leaves.

Liked what one guy told me today, "What global warming, it's more like global cooling."

Is anybody else seeing the leaves changing?

Some times when you have wet spring weather they will get a fungus that turns some of the leaves yellow.

Hope you are right RH. Thought my tree was due to the hail and wind.

An old indian told me the other day that it was going to be a long, cold winter. I asked him how he knew, what signs did he look for? He said: White man makes BIG woodpile. :wink:
