Again, a bit frosty this morning here. Here is what the river looks like on the seventh of April, when it is 9 degrees. Almost an inch of ice on some of the tanks.

Soapweed and Meadowlark. At least he (meadowlark :-) ) seemed to not mind the weather too much.

Antelope taking advantage of our hospitality.

It always amazes me to see how w i d e o p e n your pastures are.... I see you have antelope, do you have any white tail or mule deer? I sure do enjoy the pics thanks for taking time out of your day to share them.. 8)

Thanks for sharin your easter pictures with us Tap. Looks like it's cold LOL But....if there's ice on anything....it's cold to me.
We had a relatively pretty day yesterday, even tho it was sleetin and rainin the day before, yesterday was dry, with vertually no wind at all. Stayed cloudy all day, with a high of about 40 or so. Supposed to warm right back up tho to the 70s and possibly 80s this week. I'm ready!!

Hey Tap,
Hope you all had a good Easter. Did you get together with the family. Did you brother and sister make it home? I hope things start to green up for you all up there. By the way. How is your neighbor doing after his heart attack. It didn't sound good for a while.

I enjoy your pictures Tap. Looks just about the same outside my window! At least it was 20 degrees when we got up this morning instead of the 10 degree temps we had the last few days. Must be a heat wave coming....

Like koj, I'm also wondering how the neighbor is? Haven't heard anything about him so I'm hoping no news is good news. I did see where Marge Clark passed away though. We're not going to have anyone left around here if they keep tipping over the way they have been!

Yes Stretch, things are fairly wide open here, and a long ways between neighbors. South of here, there are about 6 yardlights in 60 miles. We have lots of mule deer, some white tails in the rough areas, and along the rivers.

Missed one picture yesterday.

koj, and LB, C. seems to be doing much better. We were worried about him for a while. He is home, and getting stronger. I don't believe he had a heart attack really, but he may have had a weak one in the past.

Didn't see my brother or sister. Maybe next time. Drop by sometime when you make it up here.
