I watched a show the other evening that showed where they are now individually IDing chicken eggs....Etch a code right into the shell-can tell where it came from- who inspected it- date layed was etched right on it for the consumer to see---Guy said they could even tell the row of chickens it came from and the PH of the water used to wash it......
Looks like the egg beat the chicken on ID-- And who said consumers aren't interested in all the info they can get about their food--To bad they aren't even told the country their beef comes from :wink:
