Since I have higher speed internet now, I have been able to experiment more with downloads etc....

I thought with the moisture some of us were having, that this was appropriate today. You may need to be a Youtube member to hear it.

Anyone seen this before?

Since Soapweed introduced me to Ian Tyson, I've become a huge fan of his. Tyson, that is! ...Oh alright, I'm a Soapweed fan too.

This is a nice song, one which I had not heard before. Thanks Tap, for putting this on for us.

I don't normally get too big a kick out of music videos as they seem to detract from the music. This video does't do much for me either, but I did chuckle at the bronc ride and retrieval of the boot!

The Sons of the San Joaquin and Red Stegall are my other favorites.

We have to have a percentage of Canadian talent on our CMT,so I've seen this one before...its old but good. Too bad you guys don't get some of ours because the Paul Brant.."Alberta Bound" has great scenery, and Corb Lunds new video...is awesome, any Canucks remember the name of the Corbies one???

I'm like you JF...the music talks to people personally and usually takes away from the song...thats why I like the two I mentioned, they are the song.

Thx Tap for postin it,we've personally seen Ian sing this song numerous times, hit home when we were in drought for all those years.

If you like them, you better check out Dave Stamey, Jessie Ballintyne too, JF.
