We are in good shape now. We had a river running through the middle of the home irrigated 1/4, which has subsided. I am pumping out sloughs as we speak. It is just the local low altitude run off that is creating the mess with the
Seven Persons and Ross Creeks. Thank goodness the melt has not started in the Cypress Hills yet or Irvine would have needed a snorkel again.

took the bypass around the hat the other day , the fella on the south side of the tracks has a full basement .

The 30 to 50 cm of snow forecast for us will certainly make the situation a little more dire!!!! This time of year that high moisture snow will certainly cause some to head for the hills.
