Are you saying the Vote results are not true as posted in the MINUTES  and that Leo and Bill weren't absent,  that they were in the room or on the phone and just not saying anything so they were consider ABSENT. What about Jerry Swartz's vote,  they have him listed as a Board member that is present but in neither vote was he recorded as Yes No abstained or Absent. WHY.
