Pure breed outfit up the road has this , have helped them pull a calf with it . They rancher told me his Dad built it years ago after visiting a Hereford ranch and the old Scott that was the herdsmen showed it to him.

My brother built one similar to that but he used 3/8 rod for the frame and installed a boat winch.
