FCC ruling against Superior on RFD TV

I received an email today from a purebred livestock breeder who was thinking about broadcasting his sale on Superior. It was a copy of the FCC ruling against RFD TV and Superior Livestock. I am not a lawyer or in any way trained in law, but if I am reading it correctly, RFD should not be able to broadcast any more sales for Superior.

Does anyone know anything about this, and does any one know if RFD has filed an appeal? I know that the Sitz Angus sale was to be on Superior on RFD a couple weeks ago, but when I tuned in there was a scroll across the bottom of the screen directing viewers to another channel.

I am guessing something has been done, because the Superior auction from TX was on today and a Red Angus & Hereford bull sale was on last Monday.

If the link dont work, go to google.com and type in "FCC ruling on Superior and RFD TV'. The 6 page ruling is posted there.

Here's the difference between right and correct. The ruling was correct; was it right? My only argument is that RFD doesn't facilitate sales. If RFD's interest is educational, seems they could delay-air the shows. I'm sure Superior wouldn't like that, but it's better than pulling the auctions entirely. I don't see RFD or Superior standing alone and surviving.
