This is a photo of my neighbors new tractor. He has been doctoring for the last couple yrs and they are pretty sure he has chronic lukemia and he doesn't know how long he will be able to keep on doing things and so he decided to take some money that he had stuck away and do something he has always wanted to do and that was to own a new tractor. He spent a quite a bit of time researching what he wanted and with a few thoughts from several of us on what would make a good tractor for us he located this little gem. He only owns a quarter of ground and it is about half pasture and he wanted something to replace his IH 656 so this is the tractor he picked. I give him a bad time about the color switch but the service from the blue dealer is terrific and should be good fit for him. He is the type of guy that is "old school" when it comes to helping out a friend, he would drop anything and come help if a neighbor needed him and so I am really glad to see him get something that makes him happy for once... 8)

I think the NewHolland is kinda cute myself. maybe it's the bigger tires up front that makes it look boxy.....dern cute tractor....

Great story too....prayers for your friend in hopes that he has some great years left to spend drivin that piece of equipment.

I LOVE THE RED TRACTOR!!!!!!

That was the only horse named tractor I could find handy and it is sharp looking. The guy that owns it is a super nice guy that helps anyone that he can and a couple guy's that he helped thought that would be a good gag to build him a hitching post for his little pony....

Just as a side note the green tractor was bulit and pulled by a rancher from little Emmet Neb while he took care of 7-900 cows. He shared with me that he tried his best to calve 85-90% of them is the first 21 days of his calving season and I think he like to calve in Feb or March. I can't even imagine handling that many calves with just 3 people (him, his wife and son).
