Irrigated ground under water-this is headed on Hwy 12 toward Roundup

Little town of Delphia, these pics were taken on Thursday before the Musselshell crested. Straight ahead the road would take you to hwy 12 E, it's under water

Hwy 87 which goes by the Busy Bee Cafe and takes you to Billings or Ryegate...it's under water...

Thanks for posting, Hanta Yo. I have been wondering about you.
How are things at the ranch? Are you close to a creek?
We just came back from Montana and Highway 323, the asphalt
was washed out in places. Lots of water there, too.

Isn't this something? Just can never remember it raining this long.
Brother-in-law called from Buffalo, Wyoming and it's snowing there.
Supposed to turn warm later in the week and they are worried
about a big flood there. Lots of new snow low down on the
Big Horns.

Stay safe, everyone!

Thanks Hanta Yo,, it's not nice in our area either, some resort cabins with water on the floor and a few road problems but nothing like that.

FH, we're safer here than anywhere else. This time I won't cuss the lack of running water around here...it has pretty much saved us. It's tragic for those who lost their homes in Roundup and along the Musselshell. My heart goes out to them

Sounds like there is flooding all over the upper Midwest. We saw picts today from Minot, ND and Bismarck is underwater also. Pierre, SD is having some major water issues as well. I hate to cuss the rain, but what do can be done with so much excess water?

We had another .60" yesterday. Things are wet and looking good. We are happy to hear sunshine and warmer temps are headed our way. That will really make the grass and crops grow.
