There is no set dollar amount; just send what you can.
I think being able to KNOW where your money is going when
you donate to a good cause is a GREAT thing. There are so many
expenses in what they have experienced as they have gone through their medical situation. A little help from us will go a long way.

I know they will appreciate everything their ranchers.net 'family'
can do for them.

And best of all, the prognosis is good.

Thanks everyone who read this and plan to help out.

We're headed back to UNM Hospital Cancer Center tomorrow afternoon, Dale meets with the radioligist there at 7:30 on Friday morning, to discuss radiation treatments. The neurosurgeon doesn't think radiation will shrink the tumor, but will slow the growth and give him another 20-50 years......he said he'll take the 20 years, but sure doesn't want to live to be 104!!!!!!

For the most part, he's got a good outlook on this, but every once in a while (like yesterday, when he downed a quart of whiskey  :( ) and sat up all night, pouring his guts out to me, I realize just how scared he really is. Sometimes, he really is good at hiding the "truth" from me, I don't know if it's just that he's had so much practice, or if I just don't pay close enough attention.

Anyway, we have reservations for tomorrow night at the hotel we've been staying at (they usually give us a $64 hospital rate) but since they have a convention booked there starting tomorrow, it's gonna cost us $92 for the night. Thank goodness we don't have to stay 3 nights this time!

We already got one check, and will most likely use it as part of the hotel bill tomorrow night. Thank you so much, our good friend in Texas! Pay attention to the endorsement on the back of it, when it comes back to you, there's a special note there for you........

You all are my angels, ya know? I don't know what I'd do without you guys lately.......and seems like when I'm the most "down", I can come here, read a few jokes, look at your pics and soon I feel human again......Thank you all so very much!!!!!!!

Will update again, after we talk to the radioligist on Friday, we should be back home that afternoon/evening, depending on how long it takes to do the consult. It could be Sat or Sun (possibly even early next week) before I get back here, so hang in there. I promise to let y'all know what's going on with him. :-)

Thank you all so much! I picked up 3 checks for medical expenses today at the PO. I have to admit, I hadn't gotten the mail since we got home last week.

Special thanks goes to WC, SM, and DR......your help will go a long ways toward Hubby's recovery.

Again, thank you so very much!!!

Thank you for the envelope I got out of the mailbox on Saturday, Faster Horses............it will come in really handy once we get started with our weekly trips to the Cancer Center.

Still waiting on news for when that's going to be scheduled, but will keep you all up to date when I find out something.

Thanks so much to all of you for your prayers, good thoughts and little envelopes! (((((((((((((((((((((((( hugs )))))))))))))))))))))))))))) It means a lot to me.

JB & Good Pasture, your envelopes were in the mail when I got it this morning. Thank you both so much for your help. You're truely my angels today!

Thank you all, every one of you, for your continued prayers through all this. They give me so much strength.

Good to hear it made it. The mail service is usually slower now than in the days of the Pony Express! :?
