well haul a few cull cows to the sale today, tomorrow finish putting new curtains on the swather and start cutting dry farms, and probally pull water off the meadow next week. Clip everything and bale where thjere is hay and maybe rain in August might make some fall feed may cut some 2nd crop?
 
0 c and drizzling here, Debbie started the heater again.

A friend from Lloydminster AB just called and said they've gotten 5 inches since we talked at 8 last night. Their pumps are running to keep the house dry and another inch is expected yet.

We topped out at 2.93" 32 miles SW of Lloyd using a very accurate digital rain guage. I am glad we finished seeding our swath grazing about 2 days ago. Apparently Camrose an hour west hit a grand total of 1.8mm (not quite 1/10").

We'll take it...
