I'll just be happy to see a market develop that would take my beef from the pasture straight to the plate, seems as though it would sure cut out a lot of middlemen.
Even though it's "healthiness" would probably cut the "middle" out of a lot of men :wink: , I don't think it is an idea that will ever catch on big time. Nothing beats the taste of good old Nebraska Cornfed Beef.
Yeah, your probably right Soapweed. Why when you think about it, it's really about as crazy, as thinking people would pay good money for bottled water! :shock:
