Just wanted to make sure everyone saw the photos in the Photo Gallery of Gberry's Murray Grey Pics. Not sure how many are his own breeding, but there are some exceptional bulls in some of the pics.

Remember to keep your eyes on the Gallery. There have been some great pics posted in there that aren't necessarily posted on the boards.

Thanks for sharing Gberry. Really liked Unity U99, Gambler, Power, and Hobo. Just Because looks good too, although it's tough to tell how tall or framy he is in that pic.

The showbulls are tough to judge because of that typical "posing" they do of having their front feet on a raised mound or pad. Makes them look so different than they really are. It's never made sense to me, it's just not a natural pose for a critter.

Actually, none of those are of my breeding. They are all AI sires some of which I have used and some of which I am considering. Maybe later today I'll put some on this thread to see what everyone thinks.

Here are some of the bulls that PureCountry was referring to. I have used most of these but am curious as to others opinions.

I have used Gambler and have some nice calves out of him. Our main herdsire is a Gambler grandson. We have really only used AI for 2 breeding seasons now. We did use Orlando last year and he has thrown some really thick, growthy steers. Didn't have any females out of him.

We expect quite a few Hobo calves next year as well as several from Just Because, and a few from this bull

I'm pretty sure most of these bulls received grain (and likely in large amounts). But some, Hobo and Power in particular are known for easy keeping daughters.
