We just watched an hour of Goldrush Alaska and then Family Guy. Guess which one had the smarter cast. I guess its true that God protects the idiots. Man those guys don't have a clue and poor Jimmy Dorsey. Well.............Bless his heart.
 
I'm kinda thinkin...bless all their hearts....they've been there three months...and haven't got anything to show for it yet. They'da been better off pannin in the creek and leavin all that heavy equipment alone.
 
I watched part of one episode and I'll never watch again. Cuz if those bumbling idiots actually get rich, I'd simply be toooooooo ticked off.
 
Back when Direct TV had all of the outdoor channels I used to watch a show with a guy that went all over mining for gold. He didn't have all of that big equipment but usually found something. Atleast he found more than the guys on Goldrush. He wasn't too worried about building a big cabin on lease land either.
 
On one of the Sarah Palin's Alaska episodes this one outfit panned for gold on the beach. They just dug up black sand with shovels carried it in pails to a little sluice box and they got more gold in a day then these guys got in three months.

Like I said in a prior thread, those retards need legal guardians, brain transplants, and should be wards of the state.

I cringe when I hear that old man's whiny-ash voice, even on a commercial for the show, and let's not start on the product of the old man's loins, Taliban beard..........
 
these guys are pure bone heads, but I bet they find gold, or it would make for crappy television...

the stupidity of these men baffle me....I keep expecting them to fly a Cornhusker flag to solidify thier place as bafoons!
 
Oh....they've found gold alright....they just can't figure out how to retrieve it. LOL It was almost skeery tho last night while watching, and they put the Dorsey fella on the lil shaker machine. He actually probably might have been able to get the thing to work right if they'd left him alone. And let him adjust on the angles instead of 'building a new stand" Come on....the manufacturer of the machine had all the settings in the book, he was trying to go by the book....and the old man kept doin other stuff.

And I agree....they had enough money to buy all that heavy machinery...they should have used it to make a livin instead of blowin it all to find gold.

Not that I wouldnt mind goin and lookin for gold...I've always wanted to do that. But not at the cost of my family!
 
you have to be careful when you go looking for gold. Lots get gold fever and can't think about much else. I've seen more than a few.
Spend your life digging up every little patch of black sand.
