I enjoyed Nicky's posts where she was flying, looking for missing cattle. I have never done that with a plane, but I have ridden the ridges, and water sources looking for cattle that were missing. We are willing to go to great trouble to find stray stock because they are important to us. Isaiah said "all we , like sheep, have gone astray." We are compared to strays. The Lord has gone to great lengths to bring us into His fold. He does that because we are important to the Good Shepherd. That is a comforting thought. I, like you are important to Him. Now, we need to ask ourselves how willing are we to go to great lengths to bring others into the fold? Are finding missing cattle more important to us finding lost people? Ouch, that is not a comforting thought is it? Reckon I need to improve a bit in that area. Well have yourselves a good Sunday mornin', and a great rest of the week too.
