Running around like crazy. Going first here, then there, and in between putting up new corrals on the State ground. Trying to build the kind that last. Guardrail on ties. 4x8 lumber on the alley & loading chute. No matter how good you build them, they will only last so long, and that depends on maintainance. I need to stop and reflect if in all the running I'm doing, am I really investing in things that last? The Lord warns us not to lay up our treasurers on earth, but to invest in Heavenly things that will not rot or rust away. Then He plainly states that one can not serve God and money. Every now and then, I need to examine my priorities, and be sure God is maintaining that # 1 place. Don't we all? Have yourselves a good Sunday mornin', and a great rest of the week.

Always look forward to your Sunday message--With having a Boarding kennel it's hard to make church every Sunday, also we use the aft. to visit mama in the nursing home--Your thoughts and messages are appreciated ! Have a Great week !!!!! :)

Thanks, Shortgrass. When God looks down from above, does He just shake His head as He watches us dash to and fro in our quest to be busy, busy, busy? It's probably similar to us standing looking down on an anthill.

Along the same lines, when I am on a jet plane flying into a city, and look down on everyone speeding hither and yon as they bustle along with life, it is easy to wonder how much of it is really important in the Grand Scheme of Life Eternal.

Thanks Shortgrass! Hope your corrals last a hundred years. We all need to keep our prioritys in line with what God would have us be doing. "I was too busy" is sure a selfish excuse isnt it? Plus your cows and corrals and cash and any other material thing stays here when ya cross the veil. Your memories and love and knowledge and acts follow ya up the trail. Thanks again Sir! Well wishes to you and yours! :D
