One of my neighbors made the comment, this week, that if you were going to rope a bull, you shouldn't do it off a stick horse. Of course, I never did think much of stick horses for any project. A hand needs a solid dependable mount to hang his kack on no matter what the job. Sometime in the business of life, we hit some hard situations, and there is no time to change horses. That is when you need to be mounted. When Jesus Christ is our source of strength and motivation, we have no better mount available. I do not know how some people handle life without Him. I couldn't.
