That looks good! Hope improvements made to the cattle and beef quality can keep the customers happy and returning for more beef in the new year (and many years!) ahead. It has to help that, at last, the health benefits of beef are being spoken about by some health professionals.

Better times coming I hope. The two jbs hamburger recalls don't instill consumer confidence and that hurts us all. Salmonella is not usually a problem in beef except when poor refrigeration is used. Definitely a red flag for me.

MRJ.....you are right that the health benefits of beef are finally being recognized. Not so much by health care professionals.........more from regular consumers who are improving their own personal health......even against the recommendations of most health care professional. This bodes well for beef.
