Not much, but it made things look "fresher" than the dusty brown color we have had lately.

Overcast to the west.

Nice pics Tap! Thanks for sharing. Glad you have a little skiff of snow. It's a nice change from the brown, isn't it? We have just a skiff here too. Honestly, we'd like to have more, but maybe if it doesn't snow now, it will in March and April and rain in the spring.

Thanks again for the pics....

Yup, this ol' country is kind'a pretty with a frosting ain't it?

Supposed to snow a little all week. Oh well, there ain't much grass left to eat for the cows, so let it snow. It's all moisture! :)

Sure like the photo's with the "snow dust" on the buttes...It gives them a whole new look...Probably not the moisture that you all needed, but hey anything is better than nuttin...I see you have a nice size herd of them prarie goats too...I'm thinking they breed like rabbits down here...getting more all the time. The buck on the butte is a great shot too...being at the right place at the right time..is the key to a great photo op! Thanks

You know Tap, your pic "Mill and Buttes" is now on my all time favorite ranchers.net photo list. Such a neat picture. Thanks again for sharing, and keep up the great work!

Thank you TTB. I later noticed the power line in my picture. :x The windmill is man made too, but adds rather than subtracts from the picture. We had some neat looking mirages the other morning, but my camera batteries were dead. These mirages were not all across the skyline like the ones in your good pictures, but they made the buttes look extremely tall.

How about some more pictures from you guys? How about some bull pictures for your upcoming sale?

Yes Jassy, I'd rather be lucky than good any day. :-)

love the pictures tap, I can't wait to see some pictures of your country as it starts to warm up. That is definately one of my favorite parts of the country to pass through. If rivals Soapweed's country pretty close.

Now, thats a matter of opinion!

I too like Taps country and Soapweeds country. But evidently not as much as I like my country.

Ahhh, variety IS the spice of life.

If I was to relocate it would be either up around Valentine or south in the flint hills of KS. I really don't enjoy crop farming that much that's more my grandpa and dad's thing but it helps pay the bills so we keep doin it.

There is some really pretty country out West and I wouldn't be afraid to ranch anywhere out there really. I know for sure I don't want to head east just seems bass ackwards.
