Got my first, and own, rifle today!!!!

A remington model 7600 pump chambered for a 30-06... Dads is the same, except lder, and a .308, but I like mine better.... has a little more bark. lol. We're going to sight it in tomorrow, and I am pumped (No pun intended) lol. On the .270 I demoed there it was engraved with wildlife on the side of the chamber.... beautiful, but mine is plain, and I like it that way, cause I like to be ordinary .

Mebbe I'll get some pics tomorrow. Im not using a scope for this year, because Im going to learn without it, since I already know how to shoot a rifle with a scope..... We leave for elk on Oct. 29, come home the 6th, mulie hunt from the 6th-18th, and whuitetail hunt from the 18th-Dec. 3..... Gonna have a blast!

I have one of those... In synthetic stock.. Shoots okay, took a whitetail with it in Montana 6 er 7 years ago.

8) See she does listen to me -once in a while.She is right though ,yu have taken time to choose-now baby it and yu could pass it down someday.Have one of my fathers that has passed now-It is the cleanest gun in the cabinet
